Offered as part of our Secretary of State services package, we have the capability
to perform online UCC searches. These searches, done to conform to
Revised Article 9 standards, allow for the capability to find, in real time, a
lien that's currently active in the Secretary of State's UCC database.
The searches come in three formats: name searches, document number searches and
